NOTE

*We can decorate at your place or hotel room if you get permission from the hotel.

*If case of a complaint, notice must be given within 2 hours of the delivery time of the experience.

*No rescheduling or cancellation is possible after the decoration has been attempted

*Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.

*Pls provide decorater a stool or ladder to reach the ceiling.

*There may be slight variation in the actual color and brightness of the balloons used in the design due to current room lighting, aesthetics, color, design and difference between digital and physical objects etc.

Care of ->

Keep Away balloons from Heat place ,open flames, heaters, or hot lights to prevent popping or fire hazards. 

  • Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over.
  • In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage.
  • Be careful while bursting balloons as you may get hurt if they burst.

  • If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 12 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the decoration materials or props caused by guests or other parties during the event.
  • The decorator is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the event due to the decorations.
  • The decorator may take photographs of the decorations for portfolio and marketing purposes, with the client’s consent.
  • The client agrees that the decorator may use these photographs in promotional materials.
  • The decorator is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events
  • Pls present a guardian in Decoration room at Decoration time for your valuable things security
  • By confirming a booking, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
