After you book a vendor’s service with us, you agree that you might be required to enter into an agreement with the Vendor and if that is the case, you will accept any terms imposed by the Vendor in oral or written. You agree that only you are responsible for performing the obligations of the terms of service specified by the Vendor and eTRY will not hold any responsibility in this Regard.

Intellectual Property -

The names, images and logos identifying us or our third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks. The company will not be responsible for compensating for the breakage or loss of any item in the party.

It is mandatory to obtain permission for weapons in the party (from the owner of the hotel/banquet hall/restaurant).

It is mandatory to take permission from the owner of the (hotel/restaurant/banquet hall) for ammunition, gunpowder, firecrackers and sparklers in the party.

Paid service is not included in the package details.

Vendor -

The customer himself will be responsible for the damage or breakage of any goods, the vendor is free to compensate, the company will not be responsible for the compensation.

The Company will not be held responsible for any breakage or damage to any party item by the Customer.

If there is a claim regarding the quality of the goods given in the package details, the company will deduct the charge for the claimed goods and pay the remaining amount.

The vendor has the freedom to display the services being provided to the etry customers, the responsibility for completing it will be on the vendor and not on the company.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without giving you any prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes Your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use as modified.
