Welcome to Birthday King. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. Services

Birthday King provides event planning, decoration, cakes, gifts, and related birthday celebration services.

All services are subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

Remaining payment must be cleared on or before the event date.

Payments are non-refundable once services are confirmed, except under special circumstances decided by Birthday King.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial refunds

Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details such as event date, time, and venue.

Any delay in sharing information may affect service quality..

Clients must obtain necessary permissions (venue, music, etc.) where required.
